i know i haven't been too active lately. school has consumed me for the most part. we're wrapping up yet another year. three more weeks left! anyway. my goal for this summer is going to be to get more shots! i guess we'll see how well that works out!

Happy Holidays all! I'm hoping that since I'll be home over the holiday season, I'll get to take some photos of my family and what-not. It should be pretty cool, I can't wait to see what the outcomes are! But for now, it's finals season so I must be off to go work on my final project for Producing Theatre.

Currently I'm sitting in Psychology, learning about Gestalt. It's rather interesting, I just hate the people in my class asking stupid questions...freshmen mostly. Silly kids. Life is going pretty alright so far, I've been rather busy what-with Theatre (Romeo and Juliet) Marching Band, Sigma Kappa, and just school in general, so I haven't been able to take many pictures. It's quite upsetting. Anyway, that's my little update for now.

So it's officially summer for me, since April 25th. Currently I'm redoing my bedroom, which is more of a guest bedroom then my bedroom. So that's more than just myself to think about there. I have some grand ideas for it, and I can't wait for it all to finally come together. My goal is to take some new shots this summer.

So I'm working on CATS this summer at the Warren Civic Center, and I'm so stoked about that. I was just expecting to be on prop crew or an usher or something, but no. I'm ASMing it. (For you non-theatre kids out there ASM= Assistant Stage Manage) so I'm super pumped for that.

Other than that, that's about it. Life is pretty swell. Today my grandma comes home from Florida and I'm going with my uncle to pick her and my Aunt Joni up from the airport. Should be a super rad time as well. I'll take my camera with me there as well.

i've managed to find myself in stage management here at eastern. it's a lot of fun, and something i want to do for the rest of my life, but "i'm the last one to sleep, and the first one to wake" (as stated by a shirt) so far i've SMed two lab shows, and in the fall i'm moving up to Mainstage and ASMing Romeo and Juliet (with some guest director from Chicago), and possibly ASMing with Rachel Giordanio on Angels, then in the Winter i'm SMing my own show, which I believe is called Reefer Madness...don't quote me on that. I'm super stoked about it all, don't get me wrong, but I'm going to be so busy that I have to drop marching band. which is super upsetting because the only reason i got into music was because of my grandpa (who passed away when I was young, RIP) and i've gotten rid of every other spec of music in my life, except this. idk i guess i'm just upset because i feel like i'm getting rid of him, even though i'm really not. i'll see what i can pull off. maybe i can SM Mainstage in the Winter, and SM Lab in the fall, that would work out super nicely.

what else. oh, i can't wait for summer. i'm in desperate need of a job, and now that i'm not doing band, i can work the whole summer, which for me is April 27-August 24ish (except August 6-12) but other than that i'm golden.

i guess this is my small rant.

anyway, this summer i'm planning on doing a whole lot of things, i have a giant list meaning MORE PICTURES! i definitely miss taking pictures, so it will be nice to again! anywho. i should be off to eat some breakfast then go to dress rehearsal. my show opens tomorrow night! (insert nervous here)
